1. A library card is required to borrow books.
2. You can borrow up to 2 books with a loan period of 15 days.
   
3. Upon request, the loan period may be extended for another 15 days.
4. Upon returning library materials, an ammortization fee of 5 MKD për book is to be paid.
5. In case of late returns, a late fee of 5 MKD per day per book is due.
6. The fee for lost library cards is 30 MKD.
