On 21.03.2022 (Tuesday) starting at 18:00 at IN Culture Center “Koço Racin” – Kërçovë, the event dedicated to World Poetry Day was held in the large hall, financed by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Every year, March 21 is reserved for important activities.
In addition to welcoming spring and the World Ecology Day, we also celebrate World Poetry Day. One of the reasons why this day is celebrated is the use of oral recitals, in this way the ties between poetry and other arts are maintained.
This activity was carried out in cooperation with the primary schools of the country, such as “Sande Shterjoski” Kërçovë, “Naim Frashëri” Tuhin and Jagoll, “Milto Gurra” Garanë, “Gjergj Kastriot Skëndëbeu” Sërbicë “Faik Konica” Greshnicë and “Rexë Rushit Zajazi” Zajaz where students recited poems by well-known authors in Albanian and English language.
